This is our 10 th anniversary “Skate Asia” event and we are very excited to be returning to Sunway Pyramid Ice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for this historic event! Pyramid Ice is the only facility to host our event 3 times in the past 10 years!

Since we are expecting another popular anniversary competition in Kuala Lumpur – and to help insure an accurate and easy entry process for your skaters – we ask all coaches to please follow the instructions below for easier processing of your skaters' entry forms and payments. Your cooperation and efficient help with this registration process will be GREATLY APPRECIATED !!

1. Please collect all of your team's entry forms and payments in your local currency equivalent. Send the completed and signed entry forms to arrive at Sunway Pyramid Ice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia BY JUNE 14, 2008. The rink address & contact numbers are on the home page of this website.
   
   Please Note : A Team Summary sheet may also be sent or faxed to Kuala Lumpur to verify your team entry totals and payment amounts, but a copy of each Individual and Team entry form must be completed, signed, and either faxed or sent by courier to Kuala Lumpur by June 14, 2008 . Entries will be processed from the Entry Forms and not from the Team Summary sheets. All incomplete or unsigned forms will not be accepted as completed entries.
   
2. Transfer the money into U.S. dollars and then send a T/T wire transfer in U.S. dollars to Sunway Pyramid Ice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia before June 14, 2008 . Complete payment details are listed below. After your T/T wire transfer is sent, you must also fax or e-mail a copy of the transfer receipt to Harry at Sunway Pyramid Ice for bank payment verification.

3. Please plan your travel and practice sessions so you can attend the REQUIRED COACH & JUDGE MEETING ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 8, 2008 FROM 3-5PM . The ISI Judge's Certification Exams will be given that same day from 12noon – 2pm before the Judge's Meeting. The exam and meeting room location and additional registration details will be provided in your competition Schedule Packet in July.
   
4. All skaters in every event will receive a medal. All skaters not placing in 1 st – 5 th Place will receive a 6 th Place medal.
   
5. The competition schedule packet will be sent out to all participating rinks by courier and/or e-mail by July 15, 2008 .
   
6. NO PRACTICE ICE RESERVATIONS OR INFORMATION WILL BE ACCEPTED OR AVAILABLE BEFORE THE SCHEDULE PACKETS ARE RECEIVED.
